Bike Rental.
Riding a bicycle in Dusseldorf is safe, good bicycle paths are to be found in most parts of the city and it is fun to go by bike.
Car drivers are considerate and prudent, nevertheless it is not really recommendable to go by bike directly in the old town, Altstadt, because of dense traffic and pedestrians. But outside these areas it can be very enjoyable to hop on the bike, take a ride and discover.
A special offer of K20 and K21 are the MuseumsBikes, which can be used by the museum’s visitors free of charge for a refundable deposit of €20 at both of the museums. Traditional bike rental is available over the river in Oberkassel.
