The City.

In Germany, this city is mainly known for its fancy bars, prestigious shopping facilities and as the capital of NRW. Glamorous and politically important on the one hand but not really recognised by the public on the other hand, it’s a city that has to be loved or disliked.
And those who claim to dislike it, only know it by name; according to research by Mercer Consulting in 2008, Dusseldorf was ranked Germany’s most liveable city and thus one of the most liveable cities in the world. In recent years Düsseldorf has always ranked amongst the top ten.
On a more local note, of those interviewed here prior to our launch, 80% hat never heard of Dusseldorf before they came and a whopping 100% said they no longer wish to leave. Not a representative questionnaire but a result to make one stop and think.
Dusseldorf might not be as large as many metropolises but it has a character that will surpass most. And try it; the local folks are far friendlier than their reputation.
