Terms and Conditions.

The Smile Days Promotion is open to all persons excluding Amazing Concepts and Amazing Dusseldorf (Promoter) employees or members of their immediate family, agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of this competition.
2.
By entering a photo, the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material.
3.
Photos can only be entered online and the entant approves our use of all materials. Your photo will be entered automatically into the promotion.
4.
The winner will be the person whose smile is chosen by the jury. The decision of the selection team will be final and binding on all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into with any individual except to notify a win.
5.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of participating in a promotion. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any entrant participating in the "Smile Days" unlawfully. If in any doubt you should immediately leave the promotion page and check with the relevant authorities in your country.

The "Smile Days" winner will be notified via the email address used to enter a photo within fourteen days of the closing date.
7.
The promotion winner will be required to send via fax, mail or email a copy of the winning notice and his/her full postal address to Amazing Concepts and to confirm his/her identity and legal age by sending the relevant page of his/her passport or driving license or national identity card in the same way. Following receipt and verification of the details mentioned above, the winner will be contacted in order to make arrangements for delivery of the prize.

Acceptance of the prize by the winner gives the Promoter the irrevocable right to use the prize winner's name as supplied during registration for promotional purposes immediately after his/her win, unless prohibited by law.
9.
The right to take any legal action is excluded. The Promoter will not accept any claim regarding the winning prize. The "Smile Days" promotion is governed by German laws. The Courts of Düsseldorf have exclusive jurisdiction.
10.
Data Protection Notice: Any personal data that you supply to the Promoter will be used by the Promoter to administer the competition.
