Haushüter have been in the housesitting business for 22 years.
The quality service offered to you by Haushüter offers a comprehensive package that gives you peace of mind when you leave your home. Be it for a short trip or a long holiday; whether you have pets that need caring for; or plants that need tending.
The Haushüter Package:
Our carefully selected house sitters come and live in your house when your holiday begins.
They empty the mail box and make a note of the arrival date.
They answer the phone and take messages.
They take care of your pets and walk the dog.
They will feed your pets at exactly the times that you set.
The will water the plants inside the house and on the terrace.
Once a week they will sweep the pavement (and clear the snow as necessary in winter).
Our house sitters are often pensioners, couples and singles who are carefully chose to match you and your properties specifications.
They are fully insured for personal liability.
The price for the service is € 55.00 per day inc. VAT.
Travel expenses are extra.
For example for properties in Neuss and Düsseldorf travel expenses would be € 75.00. We have a pool of about 200 house sitters throughout the country. This means that we are able to offer you the most suitable person for your requirements.
We will come and visit you before we write the contract in order to establish your special requirements. We will compose instructions and checklists to accompany the house sitter on his assignment to ensure the smooth running of your home and guarantee that your pets and plants are well catered for.
