In Case of Emergency

ICE is a pretty cool idea. ICE stands for in case of emergency, which is rather self explanetary. There is a movement at large, that is promoting the use of the ever-present mobile phone or pda.
The plan for the future is, should a serious accident occur, all emergency personnel know how to contact loved ones. Presumably, innocent bystanders are not expected to grope around in victims pockets.
The initiative asks us to programme three or so numbers of the people we wish to have contacted under the pioritised initials ICE1, ICE2, ICE3 and so on.
