Taking advantage of a variety of light sources to produce photos and videos in cities by night, the Collogne artists collective “Lichtfaktor” gives expression to their creativity.
They discovered the so-called “lightwriting” technique and constantly aim to explore more and more areas of this field and develop it further. The team, consisting of photographing VJ Sehvermögen and communications designer JIAR essentially experiments with bulb exposure and the results of combining painting impressions with photography. In this way the created motives become part of the photo scene, as if coalesced, and a new piece of art is born.
In order to obtain the desired results, they vary their cameras, types of lights, locations and often include a range of other requisites. Their light ensemble includes LED lights, biking lights, fireworks, torches and more.
