fine food catering - Fröhlich is a young, creative and dynamic catering company, which offers the whole range of catering services and can thus be addressed for every considerable type of event you might plan. Highly motivated and qualified, the Fröhlich team members can look back on 20 years of catering experience.
Their reliability and ability to exceed their customers’ wishes is the result of the successful implementation of their company’s concept: Froehlich aims to represent a constantly developing company characterized by personnel who has accompanied them from the very beginning. Consequently, the team’s four key members, Dirk Fröhlich (head), Claudia Betz (senior project manager), Tobias Esch (chef) and Oliver Bindel (logistics) do their very best to correspond to this philosophy, each one providing the necessary structures in their area of responsibility.
Given the fact that requirements vary from location to location and event to event, they split up their catering services into four categories: event-catering, exhibition- catering, business-catering and private- catering. Working together with their customers they develop a special food and beverage concept that suits their demands, no matter if the event in case is a Gala evening menu, a business lunch or a private celebration.
Seasonally available and regional produced ingredients make up your personally desired fine food meal. Also the wine assortment is carefully selected and quality- oriented. Moreover, Froehlich stands for full service catering, providing together with their network of excellent suppliers any necessary elements for your event such as furniture, decoration or marquees. All these aspects culminate in the expert staff, which is constantly trained and lives the company’s philosophy.
