Since its foundation in 1891 by Karl Broich, the family owned enterprise “Broich Premium Catering” stands for creative cuisine, perfect service and lately also modern location management.
In the last years the company, which is now led by Georg W. Broich and his siblings, has been able to continuously optimize its quality standards and grew to become an event catering company. With partners such as Sodeco, it has set new standards, having expanded its domestic and international location network as well as its know-how in logistics. Another added value is the flexibility of Broich’s staff, which rounds the company’s competency in organizing events of high international standard.
Responding to its philosophy that each event is unique and each moment precious, no family event too small nor a company event to large, Broich Premium Catering provides a whole range of different services. They organize events from 50 to 5,000 persons for their customers who especially rely on the company’s traditional experience, its premium cuisine and its extraordinary service. Up to now Broich has been the host of trade fair caterings in Milan and Paris, golf tournaments in Marienbad and many other popular events. On the other hand they have always been dedicated to turning regular family celebrations into unforgettable moments.
The fine cuisine, which starts with the best and freshest ingredients, is managed by culinary director Christian Willrich, former head chef of the Kreatives Haus in Worpswede and co-author of many cookery books. He not only knows how to successfully combine traditional and modern German cooking, but also provides his own creations and regional specialties. However, composing extraordinary menus or creative buffets does not represent all of his cooking abilities, as one could also order some molecular cooking techniques on board of a luxury yacht.
All these aspects, starting with the exquisite decorations and culminating in excellent service, allow Broich Premium Catering to eventually transform their customers’ individual wishes into perfectly staged events.
